Package Policies
Treatment recommendations and modalities are based on clinical findings and individual needs. Not every modality is appropriate for every patient, and purchasing a package does not guarantee that every listed modality will be performed.
Packages must be paid in full, are nontransferable, and expire six months after purchase. Missed or late-canceled appointments are subject to the practice’s cancellation policy. New-patient examinations are not included unless specifically stated in the package description.
Packages are intended for cash-pay care and cannot be billed to health insurance, automobile insurance, or Personal Injury Protection benefits. Individual results may vary, and specific treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
